Ventellect is a young Recruitment company looking for 360 consultants to grow the client base, and deliver Software Engineer, A.I, and Blockchain Talent to the world's most innovative tech companies.

Started in 2020 by Alex Bloisi, we have become a Tech Recruitment partner to some big brands and trusted to build and grow their Engineering teams.

Whether it be through our engaged Talent community, content or building great tech teams we want to bring value to the industry that is central to human innovation.

The long term aim of this role is to build out your own client base and brand so you can build a lucrative and fulfilling career path at Ventellect. You will be part of the first core team of consultants who will shape the company for years to come as it looks to expand into new markets.

We know that in recruitment there is no hard list of requirements that are needed, but here are a few things we are looking for:


  • Examples of a role or project where you needed to sell.
  • An appetite to market and write Copy.
  • Examples of times where your work ethic was exceptional to achieve a certain goal.
  • Appetite to learn how to apply things like Talent strategy, Employer branding and building diverse talent pipelines.


Because of the nature of this role the commission structure is in such a way that building your own client base is heavily rewarded, and training will be focussed on here too.

What you will be doing:


  • Business development to build your own client base
  • Candidate sourcing
  • Learning how to market and execute social selling.
  • Negotiations and account management.
  • And becoming the best version of yourself!

  • £27,000 base salary + commission
  • Hybrid and flexible work approach. Split your time between working from home and our co-working space in Kings Cross, London.
